In the above rear view, the cloth can be seen to be translucent instead of fully opaque in the animation. Although the mesh does provide for the slings, no graphics are painted on. The slings attached to the bra, in the animation outfit, is not included in the in-game outfit. We can also see the bandages on her right arm, in the animation, replaced with cloth/leather in the in-game outfit. Other than color, the in-game outfit also has a lot more details and accessories, probably because it will take too much time for the artist to draw everything in the animation. We can see the long boots and knee guard on her right knee cap, over a pair of shiny stockings, as compared to the naked legs in the animation outfit. Let's compare the three images, from the animation, to the Steel Heart outfit below. In the second and third images, we can see the shoulder guard added on. It's no longer like that anymore in the present. Ilism stabbing himself was exclusively in the original KR storyline. Some things in the Korean culture would just not fly in the American culture, for example would stealing clothes be the moral thing to do in real-life America? That's called localization, and localization =/= censorship. Julia's breasts was a KR decision NCWest literally had no say in this. However, that wouldn't bring back those glorious boobs as all versions were changed in that regard so yeah, an uncensor button would be nice as well.

I believe other regions have sexier lingerie if you remove your outfit. Also, the cutscene when Iksanun's son is overrun by demons is much darker in other regions. In our version it was for his girlfriend, but in other versions it was for himself. For example, quests were changed such as when the guy robs the girl's dress. We have plenty of censorship in our version. It wasn't just Zulia's boobs, but that was most jarring.
